Mist Directory UAE strives to maintain an accurate and trustworthy directory for all users. Some listings on our platform are created using publicly available information or submitted by users, while others are registered directly by business owners. If you believe that your business has been listed without your permission, listed by someone else, or contains incorrect or unauthorized information, you may request verification, correction, or removal at any time. To ensure a quick resolution, please contact our support team at support@mistsolutions.ae , and our team will guide you through the verification process.

Upon receiving your request, we may require simple proof of business ownership or affiliation—such as a trade license copy, official business email verification, or documentation linking you to the company. Once verification is complete, you may choose to update, claim, modify, or request full deletion of your listing. During this process, Mist Directory may temporarily hide or restrict access to the listing to prevent misuse or unauthorized changes.

In accordance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), legitimate requests for removal will be processed promptly unless legal or regulatory obligations require temporary retention of certain non-identifiable data for security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes. Mist Directory also reserves the right to remove listings that are inaccurate, outdated, misleading, harmful, unauthorized, or in violation of our Terms & Conditions. Sponsored listings removed due to policy or legal violations are not eligible for refunds.
