You understand that Mist Directory may use the submitted information to verify ownership, contact you regarding your listing, enable search functionality, improve platform performance, and provide relevant digital services including sponsored plan options. You also consent to Mist Directory processing your information in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL), and you confirm that all submitted data is accurate, lawful, authorized, and does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

By submitting your data, you grant Mist Directory a non-exclusive right to publish, display, and use your business information within the directory and associated pages. You understand that your listing may appear in search results, category pages, advertising modules, or sponsored display areas. You acknowledge that some information may be publicly visible and accessible to users. You also agree that Mist Directory may retain copies of your data for verification, security, compliance, fraud prevention, or legal purposes as allowed under UAE law. At any time, you may request correction, modification, or removal of your data by contacting support@mistsolutions.ae , subject to verification and legal obligations.
