As these services are digital in nature and access is granted immediately upon successful payment, all payments made for sponsored or premium services are final and non-refundable. Customers are strongly advised to review their selected plan and ensure that it meets their business needs before completing the payment, as we do not offer refunds, cancellations, reversals, or partial refunds for any digital services once activated.

By purchasing any sponsored or premium service from Mist Directory, the customer acknowledges that they are buying a non-tangible digital product that cannot be returned, reversed, or undone after activation. Upon successful payment, the system automatically activates the selected plan and allocates resources such as ad slots, visibility features, or premium placements; therefore, refunds cannot be processed under any circumstances.

Customers who no longer wish to continue using the service may stop, cancel, or downgrade their sponsored plan at any time by contacting our support team or managing their account settings. Cancellation will prevent future billing (if applicable) but will not result in a refund for the current or previous billing period. Any promotional or discounted pricing is also non-refundable and non-transferable.
