Business Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of Mist Directory UAE (“we”, “our”, “us”) by businesses, advertisers, sponsors, and any users submitting or managing business listings on our platform. By creating a business account, listing your company, purchasing sponsored plans, or accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement, along with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, Removal Policy, and Refund Policy.

Mist Directory provides an online platform that allows businesses to submit listings, promote their services, and purchase visibility enhancements. All information submitted—such as company names, descriptions, addresses, service details, images, and documents—must be accurate, lawful, and authorized. Businesses are fully responsible for the content they provide, and by submitting any listing, you grant Mist Directory a non-exclusive right to publish, display, and use the information for directory purposes. You agree not to upload false, misleading, defamatory, copyrighted, or illegal content, and you acknowledge that all listing information must comply with UAE laws and advertising regulations.

Some listings may be added by users or sourced from publicly available data. If your business is listed without your permission, listed by someone else, or contains incorrect information, you may request removal, correction, or verification at any time by contacting support@mistsolutions.ae . Mist Directory may temporarily hide or lock the listing during verification to prevent misuse or unauthorized access. Verified business owners may update, modify, or delete their listing after proving ownership. However, Mist Directory reserves the right to remove any listing that violates laws, platform policies, or quality standards.

Businesses choosing to purchase sponsored or premium visibility services understand that these services are digital advertising features with immediate activation. As stated in our Refund Policy, all payments for digital services are final and non-refundable, and customers must ensure that the selected plan meets their needs before making any payment. Sponsored listings or ads do not imply endorsement or ranking guarantee. Visibility, placement, reach, and performance may vary depending on website design, algorithm updates, and user activity. Businesses may stop or cancel sponsored services anytime, but cancellations will not result in refunds for the current billing cycle.

Businesses are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and must notify us immediately if unauthorized activity occurs. Mist Directory is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from compromised accounts, incorrect information, or business-to-customer interactions. We do not guarantee accuracy, traffic, ranking positions, sales, leads, or performance of any listing, free or sponsored. Users engage with listed businesses at their own risk, and Mist Directory is not liable for disputes, damages, or loss arising from transactions conducted outside our platform.

All personal data collected through the platform—such as business contacts, documents, login credentials, and payment information—is processed in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL). Data is stored securely, used only for lawful directory purposes, and never sold or shared without consent unless required by UAE authorities. Mist Directory may use cookies and analytical tools to enhance user experience and improve platform performance, and by using the website, you consent to the use of such technologies as outlined in our Cookie Policy.

Mist Directory reserves the right to modify, improve, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. We may update or revise this User Agreement without prior notice, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies, engage in fraudulent activity, misuse the platform, or submit prohibited content.

By using Mist Directory UAE, you agree to comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations, and you acknowledge that Mist Directory is not responsible for the outcome of interactions between businesses and customers. You further agree to indemnify and hold Mist Directory harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or disputes arising from your listings, activities, or content.
